Day Cleaner / Check in host - Cheltenham (Part-Time) Job description

We are one of the UK's fastest growing hospitality brands, offering 4 short term rentals in central locations across the UK. We are looking for a cleaner / Check in host to oversee our properties from a prestigious location in Cheltenham, someone who is responsible, reliable, organised and efficient. Someone that can give the highest level of customer service to our guests as well as ensure our apartments are kept to the highest standards. We need someone who isn't afraid to be hands on.

Your primary responsibilities will include (though will not be limited to):

You're the first face our guests see and you will be responsible for giving them a warm welcome and making their stay special and memorable:

Check guests in to apartments and answer general guest enquiries about the space and the local area:

Maintain high levels of guest interaction:

Manage all customer service related queries online, by phone and in person:

Monitor supplies, including cleaning equipment, linens and guest amenities

Hours and compensation

This is a self employed position for cleaning the hourly rate is £11 per hour and You will also be Paid £15 per guest check in with further payments of £30 after 10PM and £50 after 12AM.

Casual hours - Cleans take place at 10am after the guest leaves and check ins start from 3pm.

This is a perfect role for someone wanting some extra money.
