A new opportunity has arisen for a customer account administrator to join this accessories retailer on a temporary basis.The company is a well-known accessories retail that is well-established and has been going for many years.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing both B2B and B2C sales orders in a timely manner
- Handling both B2B and B2C customer service queries
- Processing and dispatching eCommerce sales orders
- Preparing pricing quotes and proforma invoices
- Scheduling orders for delivery and booking couriers
- Managing export documentation and customs clearance procedures
- Any other adhoc tasks needed to support the team
As a temp you will receive a competitive salary rate that is paid on a weekly basis as well as paid holiday and the opportunity to join a pension scheme.
