Do you want to paint world-class armies and create fantastic battlefields for them to fight over that will be showcased in Horus Heresy, Warhammer Old World, Middle Earth and Specialist Design Studio rulebooks and other publications? Do you want to help inspire our customers by showing them how amazing painted armies and battlefields can be?


As an Army and Battlefield Painter, you will understand what armies our customers want to see and use the Citadel Painting System to paint high-quality armies and battlefields for all of the Specialist Design Studio miniatures ranges, for use in our publications.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Deciding on the most appropriate paints to use for the miniatures and battlefields.
  • Painting miniatures and battlefields to parade standard.
  • Delivering work consistently painting to a brief and to deadlines.

About you:


  • Be able to paint miniatures to parade standard.
  • Have a broad knowledge and understand how to use the Citadel Painting System.
  • Have excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Constantly seek to improve the quality of your painting for every army and battlefield.
If you would like to be able to demonstrate your excellent painting skills, working in a team to regular deadlines, whilst always focussing on the quality of the finished product, we want to hear from you

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.

This is a fixed term position for 7 months and you will be required to be based in the Nottingham area.
