Role Description:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students within the classroom environment.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide support to teachers and students during classroom activities.
  • Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
  • Work oneonone with students to provide additional support and guidance as needed.
  • Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure the overall success of the classroom.

Requirements:


  • Previous classroom experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with children is essential.
  • Experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) students is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
