The company recognises the importance of people and is committed to the training and development of Operators which could include progression to permanent Operator, Technical Operator and Line Manager level roles.

Ensuring effective production processes are followed in line with company policies and standard operating procedures and at all times production requirements are met
Consistently ensure optimum food safety of all products on the production line, including correct segregation of Allergens
Ensuring safe working practice whilst maintaining CCP, personal hygiene and PPE compliance
Assisting with shift handovers and team briefs ensuring maximum efficiency and communication
Monitoring business waste, compile and implement solutions for reduction of waste
Ensuring all records are accurately maintained
Experience in testing finished products for quality purposes
Basic Food Hygiene and HACCP understanding
Good attention to detail, able to find areas for improvement
Comfortable working within time constraints, able to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be physically active due to the nature of the role as you may be dealing with heavy goods

Hours of work and pay rate:

6am
2pm, 2pm
10pm and 10pm
6am

on a rotating basis

39 hours per week, all breaks paid
The rate of pay initially is £11.55 per hour with overtime payable at enhanced rates between £16.95 and £23.34 per hour
