Lettings Negotiator, Notting Hill

A rare opportunity has arisen to join this lovely Estate Agency located within the heart of Notting Hill, they have a strong market share and a leading brand with a reputable network of offices.

About you
You should be an experienced lettings negotiator with ambition to excel in an exciting new market.

If you are keen to move away from the corporate world and work more freely for an agency where you can grow and have exposure to Notting Hill this is a superb option.

The Role

Working closely with and supporting the Lettings Manager to maintain existing business and focus on collectively building a stronger presence in the area.

You will be targeted and expected to register and screen all applicants, conduct viewings, liaise with landlords/agents and negotiate offers through to ensure a smooth tenancy.
