We are currently recruiting for a large number of Production Operatives for our client in WN8. This job will suit someone looking for full time work

Responsibilities and Duties

Contribute to the manufacturing unit with emphasis on efficient individual and team working through adequate communication and training
Operate equipment and machinery in a safe manner adhering to Health and Safety legislation at all time
Meet the set production targets as required.
Check quality of products against given quality standards.
Finishing, checking and packing of parts.
Packing materials for packing parts.
Collect and record data on production quantities by completing timesheets or updating the necessary production monitoring system.
Rework incorrect quality parts.
Maintain high levels of housekeeping at all times.

Hours of Work: 3 Shift ( rotating shift )

MON-WED 6AM6PM
MON-THU 6PM6AM
THU-SAT 6AM6PM

Qualifications and Skills

Experience of working within a production environment is preferred
Effective communicator and strong team player
Deliver excellent customer satisfaction by continuously meeting and exceeding expectations
Understand customer needs and develop interventions to fulfil requirements
Good level of dexterity

Job Types:
Full-time £9.50 per hour plus 26.6% shift allowance per hour
