Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a national hospitality and leisure organisation based in East Sussex on the recruitment of a Head of Talent Development.
This is a successful and ever-growing organisation with a strong market presence in their sector.
You will develop and implement a new Talent Attraction strategy to help improve recruitment for the business, understand Learning and Development needs and prioritise to up skill current employees across all levels, Lead the design for the Learning and Developmentfunction, oversee the day to day delivery and evaluate the L&D portfolio, manage the L&D budget and much more.
This really is a blank canvas type role and a great opportunity to develop and make the role your own in a great organisation.
You will have/need:
- Experience in a senior Talent Development / Learning and Development role (Manager or above)
- Excellent knowledge of Talent Attraction/Retention strategy
- Team Management experience
- Experience of Designing and Delivering Employee Training Programmes
- Previous Budget management experience
- Excellent Stakeholder Management
- Some knowledge of Recruitment would be beneficial
This is a hybrid role and will roughly look at 3 days office based in Eastbourne / Hastings area and 2 from home.
