LHH Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner for one of their clients based in Reigate, offering hybrid and flexible working.

Reporting directly into the CEO, you will be responsible for driving commercial solutions withinthe organisation that are aligned to the People strategy and be a key influencer on change whilst working closely with all senior leaders.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and build a 'People Strategy' that is aligned to the short and long term plans.
  • Be an ambassador for promoting the culture and core values of the organisation.
  • Assess internal HR processes and recommend solutions to improve productivity.
  • Develop the internal HR system to ensure that HR reports drive change.
  • Responsible for producing critical data measures that drive meaningful HR solutions.
  • Complete organisational design tasks that deliver to new operating models.
  • Assess different resourcing methodologies that identify suitable talent.
  • Recommend reward options in terms of benefits to include bonuses/commission schemes.
  • Previous HR experience of working with senior leaders in a service based industry.
  • Excellent ER practitioner who understands risk and is able to make commercial decisions.
  • Experience operating at Board and Senior Leadership team levels.
  • Good working knowledge of payroll and the interface with scheduling systems.
  • Highly customer focused and always looking to deliver a high quality of service.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to spot issues with data and recommend solutions.
