The Job

You'll be the Senior HR Advisor in a dynamic and evolving food manufacturing company.
Overseeing all HR functions and managing HR systems.
Providing expert HR advice and support to management and employees, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's growth and employee satisfaction.

About You

You've got experience working in small to mediumsized manufacturing environments, preferably in the food industry.
You thrive in a fastpaced, everchanging environment and enjoy taking on challenges that require strategic thinking and effective problemsolving.
You're able to commute to the site, which is in Park Royal.
