About Our Client:


Our client is a very innovative and forward thinking business, who devlop and manufacture their products at the HQ in High Wycombe.

You will be joining a team of colleagues in HR, who have a number of exciting projects they're keen to rol out over this next year.

There will be plenty of opportunity to learn and grow in your role, whilst being supported by dedicated colleagues.

The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Advising and guiding line managers on best practice when dealing with a wide range of HR issues
  • Onboarding of new starters
  • Dealing with a wide range of employee relations issues, from sickness to AWOL
  • Working with the Head of HR on a variety of projects and rolling these out across the group
  • Becoming a trusted advisor within the organisation

The Successful Applicant:

The ideal HR Advisor will have the following skills/qualities:

  • Experience in HR generalist roleHigh computer literacy including advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, reporting from HRISStrong interpersonal and communication skills
  • both oral and writtenAbility to work under pressure, maintaining accuracy whilst achieving timescalesWell organised and effective team member that can work under own initiative to deliver objectives

What's on Offer:

A competitive salary of £37,000 - £40,000, strong benefits package and hybrid working.
