Hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8.30am to 4pm


Salary:
NJC Points 20-24 per annum (£28,371 to £31,009) depending on experience

Reed Education are working with a high achieving school in West Berkshire in recruiting for an HR Manager to support the team there.

This is a permanent, full-time post based at the school but working within a larger and supportive Trust.


This school is based in Newbury, Berkshire and currently supports a co-educational group of 11-18 year olds across a range of abilities and educational needs.

The school and students are supported by a strong SLT who believe in creating a positive workingenvironment for all.


In this role you will be responsible for a range of HR tasks throughout the school and trust, including recruitment, payroll, staff training and safeguarding.
