Accounts Assistant- Successful, wellestablished business
About Our Client:
Our client is a successful retail business based in Cheetham Hill. Offering lots of progression opportunities.
The role will involve the following;
- Supplier Statement Reconciliation
- Undertake accounting procedures including bank and cash reconciliations
- Maintaining purchase ledger by ensuring accurate posting of invoices and allocations of transaction using Sage 50
- Liaising with internal and external departments regarding invoice queries
- Investigate and follow up any revenue or stock discrepancies in collaboration with warehouse
- Work with suppliers to resolve queries
- Raising sale invoices
The Successful Applicant:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in accounting
- Ideally you will have gained intern experience from a small to medium sized business
- Experience with Excel and Sage 50
