Operational efficiency/SOP

  • Delivers customer support excellence and operational efficiencies through collaboration with sales associates team
  • Ensures the product offer in the store is made available to customers by assisting with deliveries and replenishing the sales floor.
  • Use replenishment tools effectively to ensure compliance of replenishment unit target (RUPH)
  • Escalates issues to more senior team members
Leadership

  • Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the RL Way & CFA's
  • Is a Team Player
  • Communicates Effectively with Colleagues & Managers
