Description
Unitrunk a leading manufacturer of steel cable management systems are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our new distribution depot in Cardiff


The Job:


  • Pick orders as per customer requirement ensuring high level of accuracy
  • Deal with inbound vehicles following correct company policy
  • Ensure safe handling and storage of all products in line with stock locations
  • Load vehicles in a safe manner
  • Deal with trade counter customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with stock checks as required
  • Maintain high standards of site housekeeping
  • Maintain high levels of Health & Safety awareness
  • Ensure that FLT's are checked daily, and any defects are reported.
  • Assist other team members when necessary
  • Any other reasonable duties as allocated the manager

Keys skills and attributes:


  • Ability to work as part of a team with a flexible 'can do' attitude to work
  • Excellent communications skills
  • FLT Counter Balance Licence
  • Previous experience of working in a warehouse environment

Salary:
£12.90 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
