Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll and Benefits Administrator for a growing financial services firm that are based in London.

This is a remote part-time role which will be 15 hours per week split over 2 or 3 days.


Duties:


  • Setting up new employees on payroll
  • Collecting, calculating, and adjusting data
  • Liaising with HR, Finance, and the directors to ensure accurate processing
  • Supply the payroll provider with monthly data as required
  • Process payroll payments
  • Upload monthly pension contributions

Projects:

  • Prepare and submit P11D forms after taxyear end
  • Renewal of private medical insurance and death in service
  • Ensure that tax yearend balancing procedures are in line with HMRC guidelines
  • Provide breakdowns of information and reports
