Page Personnel are currently partnering with an award winning international legal firm, based in Liverpool City Centre, who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their growing team.

Working as part of the wider HR team, you will be responsible for providingHR related advice and guidance to employees and line managers.

Description

The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Providing HR related advice and guidance to employees and line managers
  • Supporting employees and line managers with HR processes, including redundancies
  • Reviewing and updating policies and procedures
  • Managing absences, making referrals to occupational health as required
  • Leading formal HR meetings
  • Supporting HR assistants in HR administration
  • Participating in the performance management process
  • Producing HR reports
  • Participating in HR related projects
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role
  • A strong knowledge of employment law and legislation
  • CIPD L5 or above (desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • A genuine desire to learn and progress
