Our client seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join their finance team.
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in managing financial processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Position Overview:
The Head of Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization's marketing strategies and initiatives.
The Head of Marketing leads a team and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure the organization's marketing efforts effectively resonate with target audiences and drive value.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Vision:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organization's goals, brand identity, and market trends.
- Set the vision for the marketing team and provide strategic guidance to achieve marketing objectives.
Brand Management:
- Manage and enhance the organization's brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and communications.
- Develop brand guidelines and oversee brand awareness campaigns.
Campaign Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional media.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns deliver on objectives and drive desired outcomes.
Audience Segmentation and Targeting:
- Identify and analyze target audiences, customer segments, and market trends to tailor marketing messages and strategies effectively.
- Implement datadriven approaches to reach the right audiences.
Digital Marketing and Online Presence:
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media engagement, content creation, and online advertising.
- Optimize online presence to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and engagement.
Content Strategy:
- Develop and oversee content strategies that align with brand messaging and resonate with the target audience.
- Ensure the creation of compelling, relevant, and valuable content across various formats.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Build, lead, and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
- Provide guidance, professional development opportunities, and feedback to team members.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, ROI, and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
- Utilize insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across crossfunctional teams.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ensure costeffective use of marketing resources.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles with a track record of successful campaigns and brand growth.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, trends, and best practices.
- Experience in the gaming, casino, and gambling industry is advantageous.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams to achieve goals.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, social media, and online advertising.
- Datadriven decisionmaking skills with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work crossfunctionally and engage with stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Salary:
£50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
