A reputable boutique law firm based in central London is looking for a highly experienced and professional Receptionist to join their team.

This is your opportunity to join a highly regarded, forward-thinking law firm that boasts an impressive history going back centuries of providing businesses, families and individuals with high-quality, bespoke legal advice and services.

The Opportunity:

Join a small and friendly established reception team and cover reception and switchboard responsibilities.
Duties will include handling incoming calls, meeting and greeting clients, maintaining the booking system, ordering couriers, dealing with post, and keeping the waiting and meeting rooms tidy.
You will also carry out some general administrative duties when necessary.

You will have:

Previous experience in a receptionist/front of house role.
Strong communication skills and excellent telephone manner.
Strong organisational skills.
Good IT skills.
