Due to creating a new role, they are looking for a Head of Employee Relations to join them on a permanent basis

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

Develop and implement an ER strategy, with a focus on ensuring positive culture
Provide advice and risk mitigation strategies for complex employee issues and concerns
Facilitate employee relations and supervise any HR issues

To succeed in this role, you will need:

CIPD Qualification
Experience as a Head of Employee Relations in the education industry
Knowledge and experience with applicant tracking software
Sound knowledge of employment law
