Job description
I am actively seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor who can communicate with customers and internal departments when required.


The role will include:


  • Providing an effective support function
  • Ensuring communications with customers are dealt with in a professional and timely manner, adhering to Customer Care Policies and Procedures
  • Work closely with other departments across the company
  • Responding to incoming communications from homeowners in accordance with company guidelines
  • Issuing works orders to maintenance operatives and subcontractors and monitoring progress through to completion
  • Carrying out general administration duties

What we need from you?

  • Previous Customer Care experience within a fast paced and busy environment
  • The ability to remain calm and focused in pressurised situations, with proactive problem solving skills
  • You must be IT literate, with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
