Description
Provide an effective and professional HR service to management and staff of the ICB. The post holder will lead on providing advice to managers on a range of HR areas including employee terms and conditions, organisational change, and basic employment issues to provide an efficient and effective HR service

  • Work closely with the HRBPs and HR team to provide business focussed HR solutions to support the development and provision of high quality, productive and innovative services across the organisation(s). This will include active and regular participation and contribution to organisation wide and external meetings including a range of customer and stakeholder groups.
  • Oversee employee relations casework to ensure cases are progressing in a timely fashion in line with policy, employment legislation and best practice, escalating to the HRBP's any cases that are likely to exceed timescales and/or represent a risk to the ICB.
  • Provide advice and guidance to senior managers on a range of areas including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, sickness management, probation, recruitment etc
