CRM Testing Lead

Department:

Location:
Motorsport UK, Bicester Motion.

Hours of Work:
Full Time (37.5 hours per week). Core hours are 09:00 until 17:30, Mon - Fri.

Line Manager:
Head of IT

Salary:
£30,000-£35,000 pa

Direct Reports:
None.

Grade:
C

Contract:
Fixed Term Contract (12 Months), with a possibility for extension

Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business processes related to CRM.
Conduct detailed process mapping to identify key touchpoints and dependencies.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of CRM processes.
Develop and document user journeys to capture endtoend interactions with the CRM system.
Identify user personas and tailor testing scenarios based on their specific needs.
Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM testing strategy aligned with business goals.
Define test objectives, scope, and deliverables based on the CRM system requirements.
Collaborate with project team to establish realistic timelines.
Create detailed and reusable test scripts covering various CRM functionalities.
Develop test cases to validate data integrity, system performance, and user interface.
Ensure test scripts align with business processes and user journeys.
Lead and coordinate the execution of test plans in collaboration with the testing team.
Monitor and report on test progress, issues, and resolutions.
Conduct regression testing to validate system changes and updates.
Identify, log, and prioritize defects discovered during testing.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Provide clear and concise defect reports to stakeholders.

Core Competencies:

Proven experience in CRM testing, with a focus on process mapping and user journeys.
Strong expertise in creating test plans, scripts, and executing endtoend testing.
Familiarity with CRM systems is essential.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

An interest in Motorsport is desirable.
