Employee Liaison based in Biggleswade £35k to £40k DOE

Come and join our team in Biggleswade where your new Role & Responsibilities will be the following.

  • Provide advice on policy, procedure and terms and conditions
  • Develop, implement, and maintain employee relationships with all the team at both sites
  • Provide advice on terms and conditions, agreements, and contractual obligations
  • Arrange, promote and conduct employee HR workshops across both sites
  • Undertake the recording, analysis, and presentation of organisation data
  • Oversee Employee/Team Relations activity we want you to get involved, be part of it all.
  • Collation of timesheets from both sites
  • Monitor Employee/Team numbers/allocation across both plants
  • Update Logistics Organogram
  • Update and manage job roles
  • Issue Employment Contracts
  • Monitor and manage Employee holiday and sick records and flag anything you are concerned about
  • Recruitment of staff and labour across both plants
  • Production of Recruitment adverts
  • Salary reviews
  • Mental health awareness management across both sites
  • Organising fun Team Events
What we need from you

  • Experience within the plant hire / construction industry is desirable
  • Previous Employee Relations or HR experience essential
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Can work on your own initiative, managing own diary
  • Driving License
  • Computer Literate Opportunity for progression within the business
