We have a fantastic opportunity for one of our clients based in Aberdeen to join the team as a Security Officer, working at one of the global leaders in the delivery of offshore projects and services for the energy industry.

As a Security Officer at this site, you will be responsible for maintaining the security requirements of the client whilst maintaining a positive corporate image.

Your role will include minimising risks to the company and the customer by providing first line response to all incidents including fire, security, and health & safety.

You will ensure the working conditions are safe for all by acting upon all reports of accidents and faults.

You will provide operational support to the line manager by overseeing key locations and carrying out all security related jobs on a daily basis ensuring communication is open and effective.

Main Responsibilities:

You must ensure that protection is at all times at the required level
Raise the profile of security and fire prevention ensuring that customers are well informed at all times
You must monitor and manage all incidents that may take place and respond accordingly
Provide first line response to all incidents, including fire, security and health & safety

What we can offer you:

- £9.94 per hour rising to £10.90 as of the 1st April 202

Full Time, Permanent 48 hours per week, varied shift pattern between 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am

Essential Skills

SIA Licence
Driving Licence (due to location)
Excellent customer engagement skills with excellent verbal and communication skills
High level of attention to detail, timekeeping, and ability to prioritise time effectively
Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
