Mott MacDonald's support services are the driving force behind our organisation enabling us to run efficiently and effectively.

The team works collaboratively to offer specialist advice, best practice and technology to all areas of our business specifically designed for our global reach.- We are looking for a Finance assistant within the Transport (TPN) unit.

This role will involve taking on the client billing, Timesheet Admin and Expenses checker role for the majority of MNC division's portfolios plus ad hoc duties as well as supporting the rest of the Unit FAs when required.

The applicant will be reporting to the TPN Finance Team Lead but may be required to perform tasks for the MNC Divisional Finance Manager.


Overview of role

  • Be numerate and literate.
  • Have a keen eye for detail.
  • Be able to cope with large amounts of data entry.
  • Have experience in using Finance software (Connect Business).
  • They should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • Outlook, Teams, Excel, Planner
  • Ideally they will have experience in project finance or project support, invoicing and timesheet movements.
  • They should be available to attend regular team meetings in Croydon and be willing to travel on occasion to other offices around the country for team workshops.
