Salary per annum £60K - £75K plus commission - hybrid working

Identify and close sales opportunities for accreditation and certification training for brokers and traders. This client is a global provider of blended training solutions for financial markets participants. They offer a range of training solutions includinga propriety LMS and content solution.


Due to success in the EMEA region they are currently looking to appoint a Senior Sales Executive to drive further growth of their already well established brand in the UK&I territory.


Working as part of a sales team the role will be identifying new logo opportunities with organisations that are financial markets participants.

Target clients could be Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Wealth Managers as well as corporate organisationsthat actively trade.


Engaging with division heads to discuss training and certification requirements, the role will be focused on a multi stakeholder sale involving HR and the L&D teams.

In all cases a bespoke solution will need to be created and so the need to present bespokeproposals will also be part of the role.


You already have experience in selling L&D solutions and ideally have also had some exposure to the financial markets but this is not essential.

The role is a new logo sales role and so requires someone with the energy, drive and inquisitive nature to bealways seeking out and networking for new opportunities.


The role is London centric and so would need someone capable of working Hybrid 2/3 days per week from a South East London HQ.


On offer is an above market rate salary of up to £75K basic plus uncapped earning with OTE of £120K.
