**Customer Service Advisor
£23,027
12 month contract initially - lots of opportunity for permanent roles
Kings Hill full time whilst training
Hybrid thereafter - 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home
Monday to Friday - 35 hour week - 9am-5pm
24 days annual leave (plus 8 days bank holidays)

Generous pension scheme (up to 11% employer contribution), enhanced maternity and paternity and health cash plan scheme, paid volunteering day**This Customer Service Advisor role would suit someone who is an articulate, IT literate individual who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn new processes and systems.


The duties for this Customer Service Advisor role will include but not be limited to:

  • Answering a high volume of inbound calls on a daily basis
  • Liaising with both new and existing customers
  • Updating change of signatures and change of contacts for customers
  • Updating the inhouse CRM
  • Providing ad hoc admin support
