We are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant from within the recruitment industry, ideally with experience within the Construction, Traffic Management, Highways, Rail or Warehousing sectors - although by no means essential - we are much more interested in finding the right 'person'.


We are also looking to venture into new sectors so if a proven recruitment consultant from associated or completely different sectors could come in with a customer base or an extensive network this too would be of interest to us.

We would ensure our marketing supports any new sector venture.

This role is absolutely essential to the continued growth of the business and its trusted reputation.

You will have the chance to run your own desk and build it up as big as you wish, whilst handling the day-to-day running of your engagements.

Outstanding communication skills & working to existing business processes

Confident, self-motivated and an ability to work efficiently alone and as part of a team

2+ years' experience in a recruitment consultancy/Sales focused role

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to solve problems methodically & efficiently

Key Responsibilities

Proactively developing new and existing business

Ensuring compliance targets are met

Administration of company records and databases

Out of hours on call phone on a rostered basis

Working to sales targets and KPI's

You will manage a social media presence, utilising LinkedIn, X and Facebook

Essential Skills

Proven sales-based experience

Excellent telephone manner and people skills

Thrive under pressure

Superb written and verbal communication skills

Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

Working in a full 360 recruitment role you will be responsible for:
Developing prosperous business relationships with new and existing clients, to gain additional business and develop a profitable desk

Maintaining our outstanding business reputation in all communications, through the delivery of a quality consultative service

Achieving agreed individual targets and KPIS and reporting on these to management through weekly meetings and various one to ones


Pay:
£26,619.00-£28,467.00 per year
