Webhelp is seeking an engaging and empathic full-time Customer Service Advisor in Derby.

This full-time Customer Service role offers a salary of £21,757 and a clear career path and development opportunities as you deliver amazing customer experiences.

Working for our client the UK's largest railway operator, we are looking to have the best, most committed people working with us on our journey to provide the help and support our customers need.

To succeed in this Customer Service Advisor role, you will require:

A passion for delivering excellent service
Availability to work rotational shifts
Amazing written and verbal communication skills
Motivated to resolve queries on first contact
Exceptional customer care with a courteous attitude
A positive and inclusive approach, motivated mind set and always calm under pressure
Availability to work rotational shifts

(40hrs

Monday to Sunday 7am to 8pm and be able to work 1 in 3 weekends)
