Description
An enthusiastic and experienced *Female Support Worker is required for a female living in Bristol.


Our client is a vulnerable adult who requires support with developing her independence, cognitive tasks, emotional and behavioural needs, relationships and occasional personal care, in order for her to be able to lead her life as close as possible to how she would have prior to her brain injury.


You will work with the client's team to ensure a unified approach is maintained in order to positively engage the client in all aspects of her life.

You will need to have a resilient and robust personality with a positive attitude and outlook on life. You will need to be empathetic, understanding and non-judgemental.

Working hours: 36 hours per week. The shift pattern is 09:00am-21:00pm (days) and 21:00pm-09:00am (sleeping nights). Contracted hours will be negotiable and variable, covering a range of shifts. Overtime may be available, and flexibility is essential.

Rates of pay:
£14.00 per hour Monday to Friday, £16.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday.

£126.00 per weekday sleep-in night shift, £128.00 per weekend sleep-in night shift.

An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable. Otherwise, the applicant must be willing to undertake Care Certificate training.
