In this role you will

  • Organise conferences/meetings/events, including venue/catering selection.
  • Be current and familiar with GSK finance systems and resolving associated issues.
  • Plan, calendarmanagement, travel plans & arrangements and other administrative tasks required for effective functioning of the entity/function while maintaining the confidentiality as required, from such activities.
  • Liaise with tech/catering/security/facilities.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:


We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • High proficiency in a broad range of computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Team Sites and demonstrated ability to learn new software.
  • Previous experience in event planning, calendarmanagement or travel plans & arrangements
  • Experience raising/managing POs (Purchase Orders)
  • Strong organisational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Be committed to personal professional development.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:


Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:

  • Previous experience working in either a Pharmaceutical, Scientific/laboratory or highly regulated professional environment
