Sommelier - Michelin Star restaurant - Perthshire

You will assist the Head Sommelier in creating and updating the wine list. You will be someone who has a good understanding of food pairings and can recommend these to guests.

You will be someone who has excellent customer service and can discuss with guests what their likes are and suggest suitable wines.


You will have experience in a similar environment of either a Rosette or Michelin Star restaurant and have WSET Level 3 or above.

Wine will be a passion of yours and you will be both knowledgeable and helpful when guests are choosing wines.


You will report to the Head Sommelier and Restaurant Manager and be fortunate to work alongside one of Scotland's best chefs.

This is a great team and so someone with warmth and professionalism will fit in perfectly.

There is no staff accommodation with the role and you must have the right to live and work in the UK
