Job Summary:
- This is a 6 month FTC position and requires you to be in the office 4days per week._
Working closely with the Sales team and with Deal Management Senior Manager to provide pre and post Sales support across all media in CEE, Africa and CIS territories.
Interpretation of deal terms, accurately recording deal information working closely with team members and other departments to trigger all post-sales activities.
The Opportunity & Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Coordination**- Provides pre-sales support to optimize deals
Involves:
- Providing information on programmes & product availability to Sales, other internal team members & external parties including production teams
- Identifying outstanding client selections, life of series commitments and TBA availability dates, and working with Deal Management Manager to ensure all client licensing obligations are met
- Liaising with tech servicing in relation to availability of dub/sub tracks where applicable.
Post-Sales
Coordination
- Undertakes required postsales activities to most effectively manage the deal
Involves:
- Inputting deals as required into the relevant system(s), based on information supplied by Sales and/or Legal. Working with Sales team members to gather information about deals, interpreting the information recording details of the deal in the system, accurately updating client, product availability & other relevant data
- Recording any amendments to the deal in the system, enabling accurate, up to date data to be shared through interrogation of the system by other business users
- Includes amendments due to episodic changes, confirmation of TBA dates & any other changes in information which necessitate changes in deals/contractual documentation
- Timely notification of amendments/avails to clients for all deal types (in standard formats where required)
- Upkeep of all data required for transactional deals (i.e. rate card, pricing levels, age ratings (where applicable), client specific data)
- Timely update of client systems in relation to transactional avails (i.e. iTunes)
Other General Activities**- Works effectively with departmental colleagues and cross-functionally with members of the Territory Cluster
- Work with Sales colleagues and support customer relationship as required in territory
- Adheres to defined business processes, taking opportunities to improve such processes where available
- Drives to continually develop knowledge of the product slate, media types & the territory environment (including customers & market dynamics)
The Experience We Require From You
- Working in an international environment, preferably TV distribution
- TV Rights knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of Deal Structures
- Ability to quickly pick up detailed Product knowledge
- An understanding of Availability Lists would be beneficial
- Maintaining ongoing reports
- Strong IT skills/database experience in order create Deal Profile Summary Production
- Russian language skills would be advantageous but not essential
