Description

Sales Administrator - Reading

  • Daily processing of orders in Sage 200
  • Doing lots of administration to support the sales team (5 field based)
  • Reporting on weekly and month sales KPIs customers, leads, meetings, etc
  • Dealing with all areas of sales support and customer service
  • Liaise with customers, company sales representatives, production and warehouse to ensure delivery deadlines are met
  • Ensure all customer queries are handed quickly and efficiently in a professional manner
  • Making out going calls to existing customers to follow up on stock / orders
  • You are not doing cold sales

Profile

  • Enthusiastic and positive approach
  • Happy dealing with busy sales team
  • Keen to do a customer service and sales support role
  • Matching against bespoke client price lists
  • Supporting the sales team
  • Proficient PC skills particularly in excel and a CRM system.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Creative forward thinking individual with a bias toward the customer.
  • Proactive with the ability to identify issues and see through to resolution.

This role is 100% office based at an office on the outskirts of Reading

Job Offer

Sales Administrator - Reading
circa £25,000 + good benefits dependant upon experience
