Description
Sales Administrator - Reading
- Daily processing of orders in Sage 200
- Doing lots of administration to support the sales team (5 field based)
- Reporting on weekly and month sales KPIs customers, leads, meetings, etc
- Dealing with all areas of sales support and customer service
- Liaise with customers, company sales representatives, production and warehouse to ensure delivery deadlines are met
- Ensure all customer queries are handed quickly and efficiently in a professional manner
- Making out going calls to existing customers to follow up on stock / orders
- You are not doing cold sales
Profile
- Enthusiastic and positive approach
- Happy dealing with busy sales team
- Keen to do a customer service and sales support role
- Matching against bespoke client price lists
- Supporting the sales team
- Proficient PC skills particularly in excel and a CRM system.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Creative forward thinking individual with a bias toward the customer.
- Proactive with the ability to identify issues and see through to resolution.
This role is 100% office based at an office on the outskirts of Reading

circa £25,000 + good benefits dependant upon experience
