As part of Aligra's continual growth, we are seeking an experienced Recruiter for our Newbury branch

We have seen impressive growth over the last few years and we have big plans for 2023.

In line with our ambition for growth, we have recently moved to Newbury and after two successful years are looking to further expand on recent successes. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference and support the Operations Manager in shaping the branch going forward.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Identify and qualify new business leads via research, networking, business drops, sales calls and new client visits.
  • Ensure the required levels of activity are completed daily and weekly to keep the branch moving forward.
  • Create unbiased, compelling and engaging job adverts, collaborating with our marketing team to generate effective creative content.

About You

  • You will be confident, tenacious, selfmotivated, and highly organised.
  • You will demonstrate proven experience within the recruitment industry.
  • Have knowledge of the industrial, driving or commercial sectors (highly desirable)
  • Be a proactive, selfstarter with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • You'll be comfortable communicating on the telephone and face to face.
  • Experience using direct sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn and industry relevant job boards).
  • Full UK driving licence (highly desirable).
