Description
Organising and maintaining customer supplier cards

  • Performing Credit checks on new customers and requesting references
  • Receiving, checking and verifying supplier invoices and submitting on the database for approval
  • Dealing with communications from clients and vendors
  • Analysing sales and purchase transactions ensuring they comply with financial policies and procedures
  • Checking documents against invoices and tariffs, ensuring the correct duty/tax has been applied
  • Assisting with data entry for invoices and receipts
  • Performing basic offices tasks including filing, data entry, answering phones and processing any mail
  • Maintenance of electronic filing system
  • Have a good knowledge of Excel
  • Educated to a minimum of GCSE level or equivalent.
