IMMEDIATE START

Responsibilities:


  • Creating monthend reporting, reconciliations, and various analysis.
  • Creating cashflow forecasting and financial models.
  • Regular reporting and analysis on the acquired firms to Senior Management.
  • Conducting new seller due diligence and ongoing reviews.
  • Processing of accounts to trial balance stage.
  • Preparing monthly seller invoices and transaction reconciliations.
  • Assisting with the annual financial audit and tax return preparation
  • Preparing supplier payment runs and processing invoices.
  • Completing bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Liaising with HMRC and other regulatory bodies when necessary.
  • Adhoc duties to support the businesses.
  • Managing a small team overseeing sales/purchase ledgers
Experience working in a legal environment is preferred but not essential.
