Fraser Edwards are currently looking for an Experienced Office Administrator.

Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its FRA team.

The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Assist the administration team with the planning of work schedules
  • Entering and recording data into company CRM
  • To assist head office in any branch queries by providing all necessary employee paperwork, certificates & reports in a timely manner
  • Processing vehicle check sheets
  • Answering & directing telephone calls

Desirable:


  • Office Administration +5 years
  • Previous Social Housing Experience

  • Excellent Time Management Skills
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel Programs

Salary:


  • Basic Salary £28,000 £38,000

  • Enfield Office Based
