Hire Desk Administrator
A great new role has come in for a Hire Desk Administrator for a market leading supplier of non-mechanical products for hire and sales, based in Middleton.
The main purpose of this role is to be the main point of contact for customers seeking to hire equipment.
What will the right person look like?
What will you be doing?
- First point of contact for the customer.
- Checking availability of equipment and ensuring that equipment statuses are always up to date on the systems.
- Coordinating with the customer service and transport teams to ensure that the correct products are ready, arranging delivery to customer sites.
- Communicating effectively with other colleagues and providing a helpful and friendly point of contact for the depot enquiries.
Hours/Salary/Benefits
The Hire Desk Administrator role is office based in Middleton, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. The salary is £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience + Company Bonuses, Private Medical Care and on-site parking.
