About the role


You will work closely with the Training Events Coordinator as well as Product and Contract Managers to ensure the effective delivery of face-to-face, virtual and hybrid courses that meet the needs of our Ministry partners.

You will join a supportive team, committed to continually improving the quality of what we deliver and the experience for teachers and school leaders.


You will:

  • Review proposal documents and contract requirements to understand the professional development (PD) needs and requirements of the various Ministry partners.
  • Manage the design, development, delivery and quality assurance of PD courses for Ministry partners across all modes of delivery, on time and to budget.
  • Work closely with the Training Events Coordinator (SEAB & Ministries) to oversee all aspects of event management.
  • Prepare annual income and cost budgets.
- monitor, mitigate and report on any risks and issues including accountability for recommending and implementing solutions.

  • Manage satisfaction and impact data, reviewing trends to inform continuous improvements.

About you
You will be highly organised, flexible and able to manage competing demands. You are an effective communicator, confident liaising with external stakeholders and committed to meeting customer needs. You will have experience using project management methodology to plan and prioritise work. You are comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Has proven interpersonal skills and is able to foster good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enjoys working autonomously on a number of projects and can prioritise to ensure the efficient, accurate and timely delivery of tasks.
  • Is fluent and can easily use key software such as Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerBi and Zoom.
