We are a family business who runs a fixed portfolio of commercial and residential properties, as well as a mixed farm.

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our very small team either self employed or PAYE.

You will be undertaking a wide variety of work based around property renovation, maintenance and building, but also spreading out into many other aspects of work we undertake.

You would be expected to mainly be solo working or the wide variety of challenges that crop up over rental properties, renovation on period properties and maintenance of a farm.

We are not expecting you to have experience on all areas we undertake, so it is very important you can problem solve new issues, learn new skills and work to a high standard when needed.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our company to help us achieve a ever improving standard of properties that we offer to our commercial and residential tenants.

What you need to have:
Experience working as a Multi Skilled Operative.

Comfortable with the following skills:
carpentry, plumbing, painting, plastering, cleaning, fault finding etc
Relevant qualification or past "on the job" experience
A driving licence
Provide evidence of qualifications, training or past work completed
Happy working on their own, or as a small team
Responsible for jobs from start to finish and generally needs to be a good problem solver
Ideally looking for a local person to Keynsham

What's in for you?
Part time roll, with option of extra hours, 16 or 24 hours a week (We can offer flexible working)
Competitive pay up to £20 per hour, depending on experience and use of van/tools
28 days annual leave (equivalent pro rata)
