Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain office supplies and inventory effective filing system
- Schedule appointments and arrange interviews
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Administrative experience in an office setting preferred
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
Pay:
£14,816.59-£17,000.00 per year
