  • In partnership with the Brand Planning Manager, you will be supporting LGIM's inhouse brand agency and will be responsible for the project management, workflow and production of a broad range of marketing collateral within the firms' brand guidelines and identity.

On a day-to-day basis you will update, manage, plan and deliver a wide variety of creative deliverables for the Brand team including PDF's, illustrations, video, animations, photography, social media content, website and ad-hoc marketing projects.

What you'll be doing

  • The Brand Planning Executive will drive the planning, development and delivery of the creative output from our inhouse brand agency, internal stakeholders, and thirdparty partners. You will help to shape briefs, coordinate creative responses, and set a bestpractice approach to workflow across a broad range of briefs, with responsibility for shaping effective ways of working that lead to gold standard creative output.

You will be:
Proactively managing, monitoring and owning the flow of briefs/projects from initial concept to release
Managing and assigning briefs/projects based on expertise, availability, and budget
Working with marketing partners through the exploration and ideation stage, arranging kick-off meetings, actively attending channel updates, gathering information and assets as required and obtaining necessary approvals
Creating and managing brand planning processes, systems and timelines; continuously improve these and use them to accomplish brand and marketing goals
Compiling daily and weekly brief update reports and communicate progress to in-house agency
Serving as the main point of contact for LGIM's internal creative agency and external agencies for all day-to-day aspects of a brief/ project; facilitating and providing clear communication and a smooth flow of information for a wholly connected approach across teams, suppliers and stakeholders
Being a brand ambassador; applying, policing and promoting the LGIM brand across all assets
Acting as the first line of defence to ensure that materials comply with current regulations
- in particular ensuring that all designed items are clear, fair and not misleading
Ensuring consistency of the corporate identity by providing brand, copy and design assistance to all areas of the business
Identifying barriers and challenges, problem solving and proactively finding solutions to remove these and maintain progress
Briefing / project administration - writing briefs, creating brief / project schedules, resource and time planning, coordinating stakeholder feedback, proof-reading, supplier liaison: negotiating terms, costs and services where needed, managing budgets, tracking expenses, submitting invoice requirements

  • Demonstrate excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to individuals and to groups
