An excellent opportunity has arisen to work as a Branch Manager for one of the best estate agents in Newton Abbot.

The role will involve managing the branch office using your ability to lead, inspire and motivate your team to succeed.

- at least two years' experience of working within estate agency
- experience of valuing and listing properties in the mid to high end value of the market
- the ability to increase both the profitability and market share of your office
- exceptional appearance and interpersonal skills
- be highly motivated with the desire to be the market leader
- sales focused, organized, and have the ability to lead
- proactive team player with excellent communication skills
- highly polished presentation skills

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader offering an excellent earnings package with basic salary of between £25,000 and £30,000 depending on experience, and a commission structure giving a realistic OTE of £35,000 plus.
