Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes and services.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in consultancy, finance, retail, life sciences, food and beverages.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment software/tools is preferred.

Salary:
£40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
