We have an established and dedicated team of 600 employees within our Asset Management department.

Role information:
The safety of our residents living in our buildings is our number one priority so we are seeking a Fire & Building Safety Co-ordinator to join our Fire & Building Safety Team.
You will help support the team prepare for these changes.
You will help establish procedures and systems that ensure fire & building safety is managed with appropriate records kept.
A lot of inspections and checks take place within our buildings e.g. fire alarm checks, sprinkler servicing and façade assessments.
As well as ensuring that all the routine checks are undertaken on time, you will need to ensure information is recorded.
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that information is collated and filed appropriately.
Site visits to our blocks, particularly our high rise, will be required to ensure that information including noticeboards, signage and posters are all kept up-to-date.
There will be a need to audit records, produce stats, information and reports that help demonstrate compliance in this key area.
You may also need to attend meetings including some with internal teams and colleagues, customers, contractors and external organisations such as the fire and rescue service and the Building Safety Regulator.
Another part of the role is to help with our fire risk assessment programme and managing the actions that arise from this.
This involves adding actions to our task management system, monitoring progress, checking evidence folders and offering help and advice on the system.
You may also need to attend monthly progress meetings to assist with any queries and take minutes.You may need to provide help and advice to colleagues and be involved in delivering training such as on the task management system
You will have admin experience, be organised and methodical with a logical approach to managing data. You will be a team player who can work effectively with internal teams, external agencies and residents.
You will be a self starter, with great IT skills who can produce reports and statistical data that provide good information that improves understanding.
