Base 25 Administration & reception role.
Role:
Administrator/reception.
Place of Work:
Base 25 Wolverhampton City Centre.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 10AM - 6PM (Evening and weekend work may be required periodically throughout the year as well as adjustment of hours when a colleague is on leave).
Salary:
£20,048.08 FTE
Annual leave:20 days annual leave & Bank Holidays
Role.
This is a multi-faceted role that supports the organisation and the team in delivering services to the local community.
Based in our reception you will carry out reception duties alongside administration task so the ability to task switch is important.
We are a Wolverhampton based charity that has been working with children, young people, and adults since 1998. We work with organisations, community groups, schools and commissioners in developing services and good practice standards. We currently deliver contracts for both the NHS and the Local authority.Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for service users and professionals from other organisations.
- Data entry onto our bespoke computerised systems.
- Administering the electronic sign in system.
- Book training rooms and rentable spaces for external organisations.
- Ensure booked rooms are prepared for training, events etc.
- Open and distribute incoming mail.
- Create and send outgoing mail.
- Administer paperwork and setting up & closing of accounts for new starters and leavers.
- General admin support to the wider team.

- You will be expected to undertake training as and when necessary.
- Agree for 2 references to be obtained.
- Agree for us to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
