Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Posting invoices and ensuring they're coded correctly in the system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Making Payments.
- Processing stock and resolving any queries.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Supporting wider finance team internally.
- Admin/ad hoc duties as required.
Key Skills and experience:
- Studying AAT or Recent Graduate.
- Previous experience working in a Retail/Manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and administration skills.
- Able to pick up new systems quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to build rapport quickly with external and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organised and proactive, team player.
Additional Information:
This role operates on a hybrid basis with a flexible WFH pattern.
