Main Responsibilities:


  • Posting invoices and ensuring they're coded correctly in the system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Making Payments.
  • Processing stock and resolving any queries.
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Bank Reconciliations.
  • Supporting wider finance team internally.
  • Admin/ad hoc duties as required.

Key Skills and experience:


  • Studying AAT or Recent Graduate.
  • Previous experience working in a Retail/Manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail and administration skills.
  • Able to pick up new systems quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to build rapport quickly with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organised and proactive, team player.

Additional Information:

This role operates on a hybrid basis with a flexible WFH pattern.
