We're looking for a Distribution Centre Supervisor to join our busy UK & Ireland Distribution Centre based in Northampton.

You will be reporting to the UK Distribution Manager & responsible for managing our Pick-Pack/Value Added Services & Despatch Teams working alongside the Inventory ,Returns & Receipts Supervisor.


Responsibilities:


  • Support DC Manager in delivering Annual / Financial Plan
  • Engage & develop a diverse & inclusive team across the UK DC
  • Support Peers, Team Leaders and all direct reports to ensure all orders published to WMS are processed through Wave Planning ,VAS & Despatch within agreed SLA's
  • Operate within Health and Safety legislation and Levi's Health and Safety requirements to contribute to a safe, challenging, rewarding, productive & worker wellbeing environment.

Required skills and competencies to consider before applying:

  • Previous experience of working in a FMCG Warehouse operation.
  • A high level of customer orientation.
  • Leading & developing teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure but also to ensure a good work/life balance, monitor workloads and team morale.
  • Ability to collaborate and build internal and external partnerships

  • Great communication skills
  • Good understanding and knowledge of WMS/SAP computer databases
  • Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety procedures
